Part one: Teaching Objectives

Knowledge and skill objectives

1.The pupils can grasp the new words: cold, hot, happy, sad, tired;

2.They also can understand and use the dialogue“How Do You Feel? I feel____.”         

Process and Method Objectives

By setting the real situation, such as show pictures, cards and videos, fostering the pupils’ speaking ability.           

Emotional and Value Objectives

Arousing the pupils’ learning interests and the spirit of the team cooperation.

Step 1.Greeting

     (1) Say hello to everyone

     (2) Sing Hello ,how are you?

Step 2.Lesson Hook

     We will learn to express our feelings in English .and learn a song to help us to remember the English feeling words.

Step3.New concept

(1)Show the feelings pictures to learn the new words: happy sad cold hot tired .And teach the English feeling sentences.

(2)Practice the words in different ways:play games,work in pairs.

(3)Act and show. eg. S1 actshappy,Others answer.

(4)ChantHappy ,happy, I feel happy...... 

(5)Follow the tape.

(6)Lead in the dialogue How do you feel? I feel ____. ”

Step4.Practice in pairs make up dialogue

Step5.Lets sing a song How do you feel?

Step6.Consolidation and Summary

Step7.Homework  

Draw some pictures about feelings and write down the words on it.

Practice the dialogue with their friends, and then write down

Teaching introspection

1在学习新单词阶段,虽然设置了一些练习单词的小游戏,在一定程度生激发了学生的学习兴趣,齐读的时候多,但没有注重单个孩子的读音。

2练习句型阶段,应该留时间和机会让孩子展示自己的对话,并且可以提前给孩子一个模板,用上之前的口语交际句型,更多的创造多说,敢表达的情境。

3板书阶段出现失误,原因在于自己的课堂环节安排前松后紧,在时间紧张的情况下出现失误,这让我在懊悔的同时感受到细节的重要性。

在以后的教学道路上,用心的设计每一堂课,教学思路更加清晰,层层递进。更要注意细节,因为老师是学生的榜样,时时刻刻注意自己的言行和板书。
