教材分析:
本课是第四单元 “My Favourites”系列学习主题之一“ My favourite Subject”,教材提供了相关的情景模式以便学生进行对话依照,教学内容以学生为中心,围绕最常用、最基本的英语词汇和句型交际用语逐步展开教学内容。丰富多彩的练习形式使学习活动化,活动交际化,即贴近了生活,所以能充分调动学生的求知欲和学习热情。通过本课的学习,要让学生能用英语来谈论自己喜欢的学科。
学情分析:
四年级学生活泼好动,对英语学习有浓厚兴趣,且在前三课中已经掌握了What’s your favourite____? Myfavourite____is___.这一话题,具有一定的知识储备和英语口语表达能力,所以学生能在课堂中能灵活运用语言材料,在情景中进行真实的交流。
教学目标:
掌握词汇:subject,Chinese, English, science, math, P.E., art, music;
2."----What's your favourite subject? ----My favourite subject is ____."进行交流;
3.借助图片、表格、对话表演等多样灵活有趣的形式,在轻松愉快的氛围中,激发学生的学习兴趣和热情,培养学生学习的主动性和创造性使学生产生成就感,并自信地参与语言活动。
教学重点:
掌握单词 Chinese, English, science, math, P.E., art, music; 运用句型"----What's your favourite subject? ----My favourite subject is ____."进行交流。
教学难点:
能够运用句型"----What's your favourite subject?

教学过程
Step 1: Greetings
Step2: Review
Answer the following questions:
1.What's your favourite colour?( red ,yellow, blue, green) 2. What are your favourite clothes? (shirt, skirt, dress ,cap ,trousers ,shoes ,shorts)
3. What's your favourite food?(milk, hamburgers, hot dogs, noodles, soup, fruit, chicken, dumplings )
Step 3: lead-in
T: Today we are going to discuss our favourite subject. But, what's a subject?(展示课件关于科目的单词)。
T:English is a subject; math is a subject....... These are subjects.
Step 4:
课件展示学科的图片
T:What subject is it?
It's Chinese. Read after me, Chinese.板书Chinese。 Science, math, P.E., art, music的教学类似。
Step 5:
教师边问" What subject is it"边用卡片出示单词,让学生尽快读音。
Step 6:
教师边问" What subject is it"边出示教科书实物,让学生尽快说出单词。
Step 7:
图片与单词连线练习,巩固单词记忆。
Step 8: 对话(师生对话)

1.Play the recorder and listen to the tape.
第一遍:学生听课文 第二遍:学生跟读
2.四人一组,分角色朗读。
3.练习:根据对话内容,选择正确的答案。
