教师情况分析:我是石家庄市师范学校毕业的,在自己的工作岗位上干了十几年了。我虽然不是专科毕业,但我热爱英语,喜欢英语,所以学校只要给我培训的机会我都会认真对待,我会把一些先进的教学理念学以致用。
教学资源分析:本单元的中心话题是描述不同的天气,描述在不同的天气下人们在做什么。描述天气是一个新话题,人们在做什么则是对第六单元的进一步学习。新课标要求学生掌握现在进行时,掌握有关天气的话题。学生可以和实际相结合,尤其是天气与人们的生活息息相关。本课讲的是2a到2c,是两封信,同学们学了以后就能把它运用到实际生活中去,这能够激发学生的学习兴趣。
一、教学目标:
1. 知识与技能:
1)85% 的学生掌握以下单词:
visit, Canada, summer, sit, juice, soon, vacation, hard, Europe,
mountains, country
2) 80%的学生掌握以下句型:
① —How's it going?
—Not too bad.
② Are you studying
hard or having fun?
③ I'm having a
great time visiting my aunt in Canada.
3)通过阅读短文,要让80%学生的阅读能力有所提高。
2.过程与方法:
1)通过多种形式的练习方式来让学生们熟练掌握描述天气情况及描述正发生的事情。
2)练习不同的天气下人们正在做的活动。
3.情感目标:
通过学生们这一节课的学习增强学生热爱大自然保护环境的意识。
三、教学重难点
1. 教学重点:
1) 学习有关天气的词汇,运用所学的词汇来描述天气。
2. 教学难点
1)能根据情境提示来描述天气或他人正在做的事情。
2) 阅读短文,提高学生们的阅读能力。

六、 学情分析:
初一的学生活泼好动,求知欲强。本班的学生在这六个班里属于英语程度中等的学生,英语基础中等,掌握的单词量相对来说不是很多,说英语还是有点不够流利,但是本班的课堂气氛活跃,回答问题积极,好多同学还是愿意张嘴说英语。
七、教学过程:
Step1.Warm-up(5分钟)
1. Play a guessing
game.(find some students ,let them do something eg, sweep the floor ,talk on
the phone ,watch TV ,clean the classroom
have a class and so on ask students to guess what she/he/they is/are doing?)
2. Listen to a song “Singing in the
rain.”多媒体展示 Then answer two questions“what is the man doing?”“ What is the weather
like?”板书,领读
【设计意图】通过观看视频和猜谜游戏,可以刺激学生的视觉感官,避免了枯燥乏味的说教,激发了学生的学习积极性,目的是让学生在轻松好奇的氛围中复习上节课的目标语言,锻炼学生的口头表达能力。另外,在交流过程中,也可以锻炼学生的听力水平。

【设计意图】在这一环节中,我采用了分层教学,把每一幅图都设成三个问题,每一个问题都有相对的分值,学生可以自由选择,第二个问题相对简单,主要是想让英语学习中的“弱势群体”来回答问题,真正实现面向全体。

【设计意图】通过跟读,培养学生正确的语音语调,同时在这个过程中强化学生的记忆。
(4)Retell the passage (得2分)
【设计意图】根据上面的1)、2)的设计来复述课文,培养学生综合运用语言能力,采用加分制,是为了让学生的学生情绪高涨,尤其英语弱科的,也想让他们积极参加,调动学习英语的热情。

【设计意图】1、本节课是一节阅读课,整个教学过程围绕“读”这一活动,以“练”这条主线贯穿于课文阅读教学中,始终以学生为主体,教师为指导,有输入,有反馈。内容由浅入深,主要是培养学生听、说、读、的能力,尤其是阅读能力。
八、预计问题和对策:
问题:如果多媒体设备出现问题,不能正常使用该怎么办?
对策: 教师在上课之前可以把这些内容以试卷的形式打印在纸上进行教学。视频如果不能正常播放我会提前下载到手提电脑上,让学生们观看。
九、备用活动:可以在准备一份不同于课上阅读形式的阅读理解。
