 一、 学习内容分析

1. 来源

人教版英语八年级(上)第七单元《Will people have robots?  Section A（1a-2c)》第一课时。

2. 概述

本节课英语八年级上第七单元第一课时。本单元围绕“Will people have robots?”

这个话题开展多种教学活动，学会用一般将来时，对未来生活进行描述或预测。同时通过对未来生活进行描述，进一步提高学生听、说、读、写的综合素质能力，情感上增强学生对未来美好世界的保护意识。

二、 学习需要和学习者特征分析

1、 学生是初中八年级学生；

2、 学生对一般将来时表示将要发生的动作的用法熟悉掌握；

3、 学生对will构成的一般将来时态的陈述句、否定句、疑问句等句型的掌握；

4、 针对本班的学生，活泼好动但基础较薄弱，所以通过师生互动和小组合作的形式调动起他们的积极性，但在回答问题时不仅侧重于集体回答也要注重小组合作，再由集体回答逐渐过渡小组回答再到单个回答。

三、 教学目标

按照基础教育阶段英语课程分级总体目标的要求，对语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、 学习策略和文化意识等五个方面分别提出了相应的具体内容标准，其中对语言技能中的 听、说、读、写四个技能、对语言知识中的语音、语法、词汇、功能和话题以及情感态度、学习策略和文化意识提出了目标要求。据此，制定出本单元的教学目标：

1.知识与技能

学会使用will构成的一般将来时态的陈述句、否定句、疑问句及回答.

学习一般将来时态的相关知识，学会对未来进行猜测

2.过程与方法

能够通过教师的教和学生的学、小组活动等过程，掌握英语说听的基本方法；

能够通过同桌对话和小组活动体会合作学习的过程和方法；

能够仔细倾听老师和同学的发言，在此过程中发现自己或他人的错误并指出和改正。

3 .情感态度和价值观

在小组活动中，培养合作意识和集体荣誉感。

通过学习本课，贴近实际符合学生心理，通过对未来生活的预设激发学生学习情趣，通过小组活动来增强沟通合作能力。

4.教学重点

对will构成的一般将来时态的陈述句、否定句、疑问句等句型的掌握；

5.教学难点

There will be结构的表述。

四、 教学策略的选择与设计

从学生和教学内容的实际出发，本课采用以下教法：

1. Presentation:知识呈现部分采用情景教学法，创设或模拟生活场景，让学生创造性地进行交流。

2. Practice:头脑风暴教学法，调动学生的学习兴趣，做到积极自主学习。

3. Consolidation:合作学习法，培养合作意识，互相启发，互相帮助。

六、教学流程

Step l:Leading  in （3 minutes）

Greetings: Hello,boys and girls. Do you know robots?

Did people have robots in the past?  What can you see from the picture?

Please watch the short video.

Show a short video .From the video ,there are many differences among school lives from past to future.

For example ,kids went to school on foot in the past .

kids go to school by bus now.

Kids will go to school by plant in the future.

通过短视频的不同时间段对比，让学生感受一般将来时的运用，并且通过学生的回答自然地导入课题。

Step2: Presentation I (5 minutes）

1. Make predictions

How will your life be like in 100 years? Can you say any sentences? Please read these predictions.     

2.Listening

lb.Listen and circle the predictions you hear in la.

Listen two times.The first time∶Listen and circle.

The second time: Listen and check the answers. 

让学生理解每句话的意思，并圈出所听到的句子。掌握一般将来时的用法，使学生进一步掌握 wil1句型的一般疑问句及其回答.为下一个环节做铺垫。

Step3  Chain  work（7 minutes)

1c.  Ask and answer questions about the predictions in la.

A:  Will people use money in 100 years?

B: Yes, they will. /No, they won’t.

    Will there be only one country?

C: Yes, there will./ No, there won’t.

    Will everything be free?

D:……

让学生在对话过程中掌握将来时态的一般疑问句及其肯定、否定回答， 提高学生综合运用语言的能力。

Step4: Presentation I (15 minutes)

l.  Lead in: Look at the screen and prediction according the pictures.

There is a tree.There will be more trees.

There is a car. There will be fewer cars.

There is little water.There will be less water.

通过图片对比展示，使学生初步掌握there will be 的用法。More、less与 fewer的用法及区别。

2. Listening

Practice reading the six predictions.

Read the instructions to Students .Circle the things you hear on the recording.

2a.  Listen and circle the words you hear.

Play the tape twice.

2b.  Listen again. Listen again. Check (√) the predictions you hear.

通过听力与改正，让学生进一步掌握more、fewer和 more 的用法 。

2c.   Pair work

1. Make conversations about the predictions in 2a and 2b.

2. Work in pairs to make predictions according to the sample.

3. Ask several pairs to share their conversations to the class.

进一步巩固therewil1be句型的用法使学生达到语言综合运用的能力。鼓励学生大胆地预测未来世界的样子，让学生主动地参与到活动中来，练习表达能力 的同时培养学生的环保意识，热爱科学。

Step 5. Group discussion(5 minutes）

Group leader: What will the future be like in the world?

In our group, I think there will be…

     To make a better world, everyone should play a part in saving our earth.

通过小组讨论，组长纪录组员对未来生活的预测，不仅增强小组协作意识也进一步掌握will 的用法；情感上引起学生对保护地球共创未来美好世界的共鸣。

From now on, we should try our best to save the earth!Let's have a green life,

then we’ll have a green earth.

Step6:  Summary

一般将来时wil1的用法及其一般疑问句及其肯定、否定的两种用法。

will do ,won’t do ,will ...? Yes,...will. No, ...won’t .

There will be...  Will there be...? Yes ,there will. No, there won’t.

Fewer trees , more buildings ,less water, in 100 years ,in the future.

less，more和fewer的用法。

Step7:  Practice

      复习巩固本堂课所学的知识。

Step8:  Homework

1.listen to the tape and read aloud the two conversations.

2. Make up a new dialogue in pairs about predictions of the future.
