课前准备: 单词卡片,李明一家人的照片,录音机教学过程:

Step1. Class Opening and Review

1. Greeting

T: Hello, boys and girls, Nice to meet you

Ss: Nice to meet you, too

T: I’m happy to see you, Are you happy?

Ss: Yes, We are happy.

T: But I don’t know your names. Can you tell me your names?

2. Review

What’s your/his/her name?  My/His/Her name is_____

Step 2. New Concepts

1.  short  tall

1) 找出一位学生与教师比身高,Who is short?

Ss: She is short.

T: Short. Say it, please.

Ss: Short.

T: or ,for, more, morning.

(以同样方法教授tall

tall, all, ball ,fall, hall.

2Look at the picture, discuss the picture of Li Mings father and mother.(把图片贴到黑板上)

 Who is short?

 Who is tall?   Li Ming’s father is tall.

Li Ming’s mother is short.

3).Student Book

Follow the tape.

4).Practice

从学生中找出两组身高相差的同学,讨论 Who is short? Who is tall?

5)Let’s look at Li Ming,Is he short or tall?

Ss: He is short

T: Yes, He is short, He is a little boy.

2. Song :“I Love You, You Love Me.

T: Listen, Who is singing?(播放歌曲)

Ss: Li Ming.

T: Do you like it?

Ss: Yes.

Teach this song  about Li Mings family line by line to the students. (伴以动作)

3. businessman,  doctor,  student.

T: Just now, we have known Li Mings family ,Look at our classroom, We are a family ,too, In our big family, we have teacher, and we also have students,I am a teacher, you are a____?

Ss:学生

Yes, youre students. 出示学生的卡片Student, say it, please.

Ss: Student.

T: ×××is a student.

Ss: …

T: Li Ming is a student.

Ss: …

T: Look, whats she?(手指妈妈的图片)

Ss: A 医生.

T: A doctor. Say it, please.

Ss: …

T: Whose father or mother is a doctor? Is your father a doctor?

用同样方法教授businessman. businessman.是一个多音节的单词,教学时要分音节读。)

(用学生的名字举例子,学生会感到亲切,领会深刻,记忆牢固。

联系实际情况学习单词,学生能体会出语言源于生活,用于生活。)

2) Game “What’s missing?”

Play a game with the vocabulary: student, businessman, doctor,

3) Student book

Listen to the tape, then answer the questions:

Where does Li Ming’s family live?

How many people are there in his family?

Who are they?

What does Li Ming do?

What does his father do?

What’s his father’s name?

What does his mother do?

What’s his mother’s name?

Follow the tape.
